    You will spearhead the development of sophisticated power management circuits and voltage regulators for our autonomous UAV platforms. This role requires maximizing energy efficiency and maintaining electrical integrity during complex flight patterns in demanding commercial sectors.
     
    Partner with our software and mechanical engineers to embed advanced sensor arrays and telemetry modules into the airframe’s PCB architecture. You will mitigate EMI issues while prioritizing weight reduction for enhanced payload capacity.
     
    Conduct comprehensive bench testing and hardware-in-the-loop simulations on flight stacks and motor controllers to ensure operational safety for our industrial clients.

    Engineer specialized vibration damping for sensitive electronics and refine thermal dissipation paths to protect processors during long-endurance missions. Your technical solutions will directly improve our fleet's reliability in the field.
     
    Oversee the full hardware lifecycle from initial CAD schematics to final assembly, ensuring every component is rigorously documented for mass production. We prize meticulous attention to detail in every solder joint and trace.
     
    Offer expert field support during complex UAV deployments, troubleshooting hardware failures on-site to maintain mission readiness for our global partners.

    You are a master of multi-layer PCB layout and analog circuit design with extensive knowledge of battery management systems and brushless motor control. You have a deep-seated interest in robotics and aerial platforms, thriving in a hands-on lab environment.
     
    The successful applicant holds an Electrical Engineering degree and demonstrates proficiency with open-source flight controllers and data communication protocols. You succeed in agile settings where rapid prototyping meets industrial standards.
     
    You are a diligent technician who excels at diagnosing signal noise and optimizing the power-to-weight ratio for our next generation of commercial UAV hardware.

    Outside of your engineering skills, you are a collaborative contributor who interfaces effectively with flight operations teams. You are prepared to travel to testing sites and pivot based on real-world telemetry data and changing project scopes.
