You will lead the development of computer vision architectures tailored for real-time aerial perception and dynamic object avoidance. This position requires drafting resilient algorithms capable of processing high-resolution geometry and shifting atmospheric conditions in diverse urban areas.
You are tasked with engineering spatial awareness modules that convert raw sensor data into high-fidelity 3D maps and digital twins. We need you to prototype scene recognition engines that detect structural hazards and critical assets while the aircraft is in terminal flight stages.
Partner with aviation hardware specialists to integrate efficient transformer models into onboard processing units. Your efforts will translate theoretical robotics into deployable, low-latency navigation solutions for modern utility inspections and logistics operations.
Build advanced localization frameworks that empower UAVs to operate in GPS-denied zones and high-interference sectors. Your innovation will result in reliable automated mission profiles, ensuring maximum safety for the airspace and our sophisticated industrial hardware assets.
Investigate cutting-edge semantic segmentation and multi-modal sensor fusion to ensure every aerial survey is accurate. You will lead the way in industrial data collection using intelligent agents to monitor and analyze the most difficult and inaccessible infrastructure sites.

Ideal Background
We require a specialist with deep expertise in Perception Systems and UAV Control who loves robotic engineering. You must be proficient in C++ or Python and possess a demonstrable history of implementing AI frameworks that function effectively within constrained embedded environments.
You bring an analytical mindset to tackle the intricate geometric hurdles found in large-scale aerial photogrammetry. Practical experience in LiDAR processing or 3D point cloud analysis is essential as we target centimeter-level mapping accuracy for our commercial service partners.
Successful applicants will excel in a rapid development cycle where software meets hardware in the field. You should be a driven individual who thrives on the difficulty of making UAVs more intelligent and resilient when gathering vital telemetry from complex industrial zones.
A Graduate Degree in Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science is required, plus a track record of autonomous flight research. You must possess the clarity to communicate intricate machine learning logic to both the engineering staff and enterprise customers.
Prior work with PX4, ROS, and TensorRT for hardware-level acceleration is highly desirable for this role.
